I had started typing stuff out, but Pete beat me to it, so I'll just use my word of the week and say "I concur..." The distributed set up can be useful, but it is also quite painful and if you're running J-Run and CF5 on the same box they will play nice together. Just remember to take in to account the increased software memory foot print and buy some more memory for your server if necessary.
