Oof. Doing another pull every 5 - 10 minutes? To keep the data fresh? I
think they refresh every 5 minutes.

Although I would pull it it, store in a db, then feed the page fom the
db, keeping maybe the last ten pulls, just in case on a refresh, their
site is down. (Which happens to moreover every once in a while) ...
You'd have to adjust your schedule to inbetween their schedule, so you
synchronize correctly.
