It's basically just that any site that has a CFM template asks for a
login.  If I cancel it, I get a 401.3 error (IIS 5.0 - fully patched and
CF5 fully hotfixed).

It works fine on another system that was setup the same way.  So it must
be a setting that went astray...  But what?  I've tried matching the
settings between one server and the other in the IIS Service manager..
But nada.
