Wildcard DNS entries are supported by Bind. I don't know about
Microsoft, but you shouldn't really be using a Microsoft DNS anyway.

If you are going to have CF parse the host header than you don't need to
do anything special in IIS. However, if you want IIS to parse the host
headers for you than, you will need to configure IIS to do this.
