Well, no - not when you provide qualifying information. For example, if you
want to say "Apache is better than IIS in that configuration information is
stored in a text file rather than something like, but not exactly the same
as the Windows Registry", that's a qualifier. If, on the other hand, you
just say "Apache is better than IIS", that's subjective. The two are hardly
the same. In addition, different people will place different values on
various qualifiers - while you might prefer Apache's use of a text file, I
might prefer IIS's scriptable ADSI interface, and find that more valuable.

Now, admittedly, when this thread started, you did mention that specific
reason, but you knew at the time that the difference was irrelevant for the
given problem, so the context within which you mentioned it had no value!
