you can create an excel spreadsheet that uses a "web query" to get data for 
charts etc. simpler than even cfcontent if it does the trick for ya. I can 
do a sample file so you can see it work - need a little time. hr or two.

I think web query is pretty good for picky up small amounts of data.

I don't have the option to use CFObject to work with Excel (it's not on the
server) so I'm trying to use CFContent.  This works for basic stuff, but
I'm wondering if I can a)create charts through it, or b)add to a precreated
workbook so that I can set up the charts to pull data from the cells I fill
in with CFContent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  (I've a customer who's wedded to
radar charts so I'm trying to get one that works.)
