There's been a few threads on this before.  Check the cf-talk archives.  I
think there's an applet that'll work in Nutscrape, Opera, and IE as long as
they have jvm installed...

I figured as much when I did a look up on wysiwyg editors.  Everything 
seemed to only be tailored to IE.
