Also if you happen to already run W2K Advanced Server then you can use the load balancing features built into that (it can load balance any tcp/ip service not just M$ stuff). If you don't already use that then it's not really cost-effective to purchase just for load balancing (although it's not that far off CF Enterprise cost). Also regarding CF Enterprise, if you just need it for load balancing then why not spend the money on a hardware setup that is more robust and can load balance different services.
