It depends on what version of Exchange you are using, if you are using 5.5 
then you can use the methods given at cfcomet.com but Exchange 2K is a bit 
different you can use COM to access the Exchange server, check out the MSDN 
for more information, the examples are given in VB but you can map them to 
CFScript fairly easily.
