We want to set some standards and guidelines for our contract help to
use. I have always wanted to do this but have never had a chance until
now. Does any one have something I could look at as an example?

The ultimate goal is to be able to tell a contractor that this is what
we want and this is how certain things need to be done. Some thing like
file naming, where to store images, naming style sheets. This would
include programming standards as well.

Even some good websites would be nice. I looked at the W3C but that site
confuses me.
