Apologies in advance if this is too OT for this list, but with all the talk of CF paired with mySQL, I was wondering if people could recommend a reliable, US based hosting service that offers both CF and mySQL.
>From what I've seen, hosts typically offer CF with Access and/or SQL server OR php with mySQL -- but maybe I haven't searched enough. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
