Bradley, I believe that's the way it's done Down Under. A single tax rate for the entire country. This is from a client that I set up my shopping cart for: http://www.downbeat.com.au/ Australia uses one type of tax (GST) based on line by line or product by product rather than end invoice amount (It does have states but only uses one rate across all as do most countries that adopt this system.)
