Bradley, I believe that's the way it's done Down Under. A single tax 
rate for the entire country.

Australia uses one type of tax (GST) based on line by line or product 
by product rather than end invoice amount (It does have states but 
only uses one rate across all as do most countries that adopt this 
system.) In other words some items can be taxable and some not and it 
doesn't matter what state you are in, there is only one rate for the 
whole country.
