I use CFHTTP in a program to post to authnet. I ran some tests to post with CFHTTP to other pages and I assumed that the page that ran the CFHTTP would be the referer but this doesn't seem to be the case. Anyone know the theory behind it? Authorize.Net has this new policy which is going to screw me up big time :)
