I looked at the ActiveServer component, it's still in beta, but all the code
is IE specific. If Netscape is not an issue, why use a java applet in order
to remove the ilayer complexity at all? Plus, if someone has a fresh install
of XP, they are looking at a 4.5 Meg Java download in order to even get to a
page with this solution...
This ActiveServer thing looks cool, but it seems a long way to go for
something that can be done in 5 lines of javascript.
