It's a standalone application, but it's only sold as part of the Dreamweaver MX (Win) 
purchase. It's not available for purchase separately.

Gosh, I don't know that I wanna open up that can of worms ;), but here goes, a large 
chunk of CFStudio/HomeSite functionality has already been put in DWMX, and I 
personally would expect to see more in the next version of DWMX.

It's a great time to check out Dreamweaver MX, and enjoy the HomeSite+ that comes with 
it. After you've taken DWMX around the block a few times, let us know what features 
you'd like to see in the next version. Undoubtedly, there will be suggestions to add 
certain features from HomeSite+, and there will be totally new features suggested. We 
want to know what features you want, so let us know:
