It's a standalone application, but it's only sold as part of the Dreamweaver MX (Win) purchase. It's not available for purchase separately.

Gosh, I don't know that I wanna open up that can of worms ;), but here goes, a large chunk of CFStudio/HomeSite functionality has already been put in DWMX, and I personally would expect to see more in the next version of DWMX. It's a great time to check out Dreamweaver MX, and enjoy the HomeSite+ that comes with it. After you've taken DWMX around the block a few times, let us know what features you'd like to see in the next version. Undoubtedly, there will be suggestions to add certain features from HomeSite+, and there will be totally new features suggested. We want to know what features you want, so let us know: http://www.macromedia.com/support/email/wishform?6213=6 I hope this info helps!
