sorry guys I just got in and got the responses to my question. I suppose it has been fixed in NS6 its the only browser that it doesnt happen in.. Putting it in a higher indexed layer doesnt help here. Was kinda trying to avoid the disapearing and reappearing thing but i guess ill see what that looks like. ..... maybe i can get a project for a magician????? he'd HAVE to like it
