Ok, so I'm looking at the subscription download email. It says I need: * Your subscription ID code:xxxxxx * Your ColdFusion Server 5 serial number, * A valid e-mail address, and * Your shipping address. I have all of that. Then I click on the link, and it tells me because of overwhelming popularity (or our servers suck), that I have to go to the digital river thing. All I see is links to buy the products...and no where on the page does it say anything about subscriptions. I click on my account and it's asking for an order number. Which order number? The order number for the old Ultradev and CF5 order? That doesn't make sense, and I would have to hunt it down somewhere in somebody's deleted item box somewhere... I could of course contact MM, but I really don't want to wait until Monday for a cut/paste answer...anyone know how to download the subscriptions?
