Have you tried downloading anything else? I was having this problem consistently for a while and I found that on stick of my RAM was corrupt and causing the downloads to be messed up. I know this doesn't help much but it never hurts to check it. You can use DocMemory from simmtester.com at http://www.docmemory.com/page/products/doc/docinfo.asp This does a software test.
