Well Dreamweaver MX is a tool not  an application server ;-)  I think you may have 
meant "going from
CF 4.5 to CFMX).  If that is the case, then the answer is..it depends on what 
tags/functions/etc.
you use in your code.  I went from CF 5 to CFMX with only  a few structure releated 
functions that
had to be updated (over 1500 CF files).  The best way to answer your question is to 
download and
install the trial version of CFMX and run the code analyzer that comes with it on your 
exisiting CF
4.5 code (at least I think it will analyze 4.5 code....it definately handles CF 5 
code).

Either way, I'm pretty sure that the switch would be fairly painless and well worth 
the effort IMHO
