==Scheduling AgentC:\Windows\System\mtask.exeWhen you click the Stop Using
Task Scheduler command on the Advanced menu in TaskScheduler, the Task
Scheduler icon may still appear on the taskbar after you restart
yourcomputer. This behavior can occur if you install Microsoft Windows
Critical UpdateNotification from the update site. To work around:1)Start >
settings > Control Panel > add/remove programs > uninstall MicrosoftWindows
Critical Update Notification.2)Double-click Task Scheduler Icon on the
taskbar3)In list of scheduled tasks, right-click Critical Windows Update,
and Delete.4)On Advanced menu, click Stop Using Task Scheduler.5)Quit Task

All day I've been trying to figure out why my colo server's running at about
50% CPU usage, no matter what. We have a lot more traffic, too.

Just finally had time to check the server via remote access - MTASK.EXE is
eating up the 50%.

Is this a trojan virus? Or am I being paranoid?

The server does NOT run IIS, BTW...

Ian
