Verity should work just as well with Fusebox apps as with any other CF apps.
However, you'll need to understand how Verity works. So, you'll want to read
the Verity documentation that comes with CF. You can read the copy on your
CF server if it's there, or in CF Studio, or download it here in PDF form:

Note that there's documentation for CF MX and CF 5, although there isn't
much different between the two when it comes to the basics of using Verity.
In either case, select the appropriate "Developing Applications with
ColdFusion" document. The section you'll want to read is called "Indexing
and Searching Data". In addition, if you're interested in using advanced
Verity features, like the K2 server and the Verity spider, you can read
about those by selecting the "Working with Verity Tools" CF MX doc or the
"Advanced ColdFusion Administration" CF 5 doc, or by reading the
presentation here:
