Try and search ordb.org, spews.org and similar sites. These guys make it their life's work to spot - and blacklist - open relays. Which kind of points to the fact that an open relay isn't the best thing to be relying on, as it's a spammer's haven, probably configured by someone who doesn't fully understand the implications of their (in)actions, IMHO.
