I would like to completely re-index a VK2 spidered Web site. I don't want it to index only new pages, I would like all of them redone. How do you do this?
Also, I need to map localhost to www.mydomain.com, so that URLs are correct when they are returned. (I had misspelled the domain before, and I can't seem to get rid of the old mapping, though I have since changed my prefixmap.) I am RTFM, but I can't figure out these two points. Also, if there's a good online step-by-step for spidering Web sites using the bundled version of K2 (CF5, BTW), please let me know.
