If you go into the ColdFusion information in the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\Registration), you can remove the serial number and the next time CF restarts it should change to the Single-IP/Developer version.
