Hm.... Are you referring to my comments? You can set it up as a table and have it open in excel. It's not a true CSV file. But, if the end goal is formatted excel, why do you care if it's a true csv file. There wouldn't be any cutting and pasting for the end user. They'd just download a file that is formatted with html, but appears like a regular ol' excel file.
