You cannot block the ability for someone determined to view your source, you can only make it difficult. I can telnet into the server and get the raw html regardless of how much munging you do to the file and if you use javascript to encrypt the file, I can write a routine to unencrypt the javascript and so on and so forth... You can make it tough, but not impossible.
