Yeah, you should be able to go into IIS and right click on the
machine name and choose backup/restore configuration. It will ask
you to choose a name for the backup. Once you have created the
backup, you should be able to restore it to another machine by
copying the file in
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\INETSRV\METABACK\yourBackupName.MD0 and doing
the resore with that file on the other machine.
