I saw a calendar demonstrated this past weekend at the CFUN02 from FigLeaf. It is very similar to what I have been looking for and very similar to the Outlook Calendar. The feature I would need it to represent a schedule of people and show their time as bars. Meaning I can see all personnel's schedule on one screen and see how they overlap.
