If you're talking about the probes used by ClusterCATS, you'll have to actually install ClusterCATS to get those, and you'll see them in the ClusterCATS Explorer, I think. I also think that with CF MX and JRun 4, you have to install ClusterCATS separately - it's no longer part of the regular installer.
