Our mappings work fine with http or https (it's just how CF finds things internally, 
anyway).

One problem we HAVE had is our iPlanet Unix web servers are either all encrypted or 
not. So we use two instances of web servers for our encrypted sites, one server 
encrypted and one not.  Because CF serves both web server instances, and the instances 
have different web roots, the CF mappings have to be used very carefully.
