If anyone is interested, I found the problem. It appears that after removing the installed version of CF5.0, that it doesn't remove the ISAPI filter for that installation. I found a few sites that had the old mapped ISAPI filters as well as the new ones, and of course the old ones being higher in the list were being run first.
