Well, first, you might just have deleted the IIS management console file,
which is no big deal. Try to get to it through the Computer Management
application, which is under Administrative Tools.

When you set up CF with IIS manually, all you have to do is follow the above
steps. When you click on the "Configuration" button, you'll get a tab
dialog. The first tab will be labeled "App Mappings". Click the "Add"
button, and then enter the file path as described above, and add the file
extension that you want to map the DLL to (.cfm, .dbm, .whatever). While
you're there, click the "Script Engine" checkbox. That's it!
