Do you have an API that would work for the scorm 1.2 compliance?

SCORM is in the middle of a transition right now. The IEEE LOM specification
was declared a "standard" as of a week ago Friday, and now the ADL folks are
working to align SCORM with LOM (apparently there are about 6 pages of
differences).

So, if you have the time to wait, you might want to hold off for a little
while on your project.
