Well, actually, I don't think you even need to specify the /SETSNTP switch
every time - you can do this once:

net time /setsntp:tick.usno.navy.mil (for example)

and the OS will save that SNTP server entry, so in your scheduled event, you
should be able to just use the /SET switch.

But, the real reason I'm responding to this is to ask, do you set up your
web servers as domain controllers? That seems like it might not be the best
idea, as a general practice.
