Well, actually, I don't think you even need to specify the /SETSNTP switch every time - you can do this once: net time /setsntp:tick.usno.navy.mil (for example) and the OS will save that SNTP server entry, so in your scheduled event, you should be able to just use the /SET switch. But, the real reason I'm responding to this is to ask, do you set up your web servers as domain controllers?
