we had the same problem here...

its  a case that the Javascript is sometimes outputted before any other 
html generated...

It can also randomly be seen with <CFHTMLHEAD>

Usually when the javasctipt is written its implemeted in the <head> 
tags.. but randomly sometimes as i said it comes before anything else :( 
I think it then causes the browser to get confused so it desplays the 
wrong packets....


Only solution we had was to replace the CFFORM tags with standard form 
tags and write our own Javascrypt...
