Just out of curositiy... isn't there some guidelines on things you 
shouldn't name your directories / components.  One of them being 'cf' -- 
Yes, I realize that it's a long shot and I'm going to get flamed for such 
a thing, but ... Kevan, have you moved that .cfc to your local root and 
tried it from there?
