We've used it since version 4.0 up until now (MX)...Generally there aren't any issue with it although sometimes the documentation can be a little skimpy....Also the setup for CFMX is much better than previous versions of CF...You don't have to run any additional listeners and what not...
Bottom-line we haven't had any show stoppers and the site has a high volume!
