I couldn't find the old thread I vaguely remember on this list. What's the preferred custom tag for replacing & and ? in the query string? I think Ben Forta wrote one, but I can't find it now.
I'm already using the URLReplacer ISAPI filter, but I wanted to explore alternatives.
