Personally, I avoid using catch all addresses. The first time you get hit with a dictionary attack to your mail server and have 50,000+ messages in your catch all address mailbox you will wish you assigned the addresses one by one. Using a catchall also makes it diffucult to turn off the addresses that are compromised, you now have to add a rule our router entry to blackhole the bad addresses since you are catching all...
