Nasdaq.com It's been a while, but I think it's on their quotes page. You can use their URL to retrieve XML content (up to 10 symbols at a time).
If you can't find the info there to do it, email me offlist, and I'll check my stuff at home tonight for you. But I found the info in the first place online. A search of Google for "nasdaq quotes xml" might do the trick.
