No, they won't be able to read the cookie that you set on your server. However, you could reference an image or other file on their server, and send the value that you want as a URL attribute. Then, they could set a cookie when the browser requests that file. That's how shared ad servers track people across multiple sites. Newer browser may display a warning when this is done, though, about the use of a third-party cookie.
