OK this is a fun one.... there are a number of things that cause that particular error. First, How much hdd is free on the server, ram, paging. My expirence with a location 26 has usually been attributed to low system resources. The other is a shared hosting that the server was just being hit way to much for the resources (CPU/ram) and the cfservice was continually restarting itself. Which I guess goes back to low system resources. hmmmm
