/reports/reportGroup[@name='one']
OR
/reports/reportGroup[normalize-space(@name)='one'] which trims leading
and trailing whitespace
If a reportGroup can be
found places other than below a reports tag, use //reportGroup instead of
/reports/reportGroup.
