I am using the
"Torchbox CF XML Toolkit" and I am finding that the <CF_XMLDATASOURCE ...> tag has a problem when I add a processor
directive to the source document (such as):
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"
?>
I need to change the
encoding so that I can transform a document that contains international
characters (French).
Can someone offer
some advice on how to do this?
