Well I'm new to the list, so I may be over-stepping my bounds here :) I've been following the discussion regarding the development of an open source CMS. This sounds like a great idea. I started on CF about a year ago, taking over the backend of a non-profit's web site. It's been fun evolving this handicapped, semi-functional tool into something that I can use daily, but it still has miles to go before I'd consider letting the content publishers on the backend to manage their own stuff. I've been interested in CMS projects since I got into development about two and a half years ago with ASP. Anyway, my most significant contribution to this project might be the suggestion for a name, considering just how experienced some of you folks who've responded are. So, my suggestion is "Stonesoup". Doesn't say much about CF or a possible methodology, but it does capture the theme of the project, and hopefully its eventual outcome. -Tim ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Structure your ColdFusion code with Fusebox.
