You're right, so let's get some hard facts about who uses it on this

And if you can show me a methodology that is more popular than fusebox I
will cease to use that as a basis also. On another note popularity is a
reason to use a product just for the sheer fact that you will get better
community support, but that is neither here nor there. That survey will end
this debate at least for this list.

If you want to make a decision to use Fusebox then fine (that's why you're
the boss) but can we please stop using this as a rationale for it?
If you want to use Fusebox then that's the methodology that we'll use but
this constant reiteration of its popularity it not only unproven but
totally and utterly without any merit at all.
If you want to defend your choice then please do so with some sort of
benchmark that is not only quantifiable but at least germane.
