I have remote desktop access to both the correctly working and non-correctly working machines. In both cases, logged in as the local Windows user, each table says that it is owned by the username, with "user" in the type column. Under roles for that database, both servers say that the user in question IS in the dbo role. That's what's so weird - both servers *appear* identical, but one works as expected and one doesn't. I will be getting the sysadmin to try reowning the tables this morning (I don't have SA access) - as soon as I make a copy of the database to try it out without causing the site to go down. -- Kay Smoljak http://kay.zombiecoder.com/ --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "cfaussie" group.
