Yeah, surely if you do a co-lo hosting agreement, the ISP would basically provide bandwidth and a few IP addresses for you and not a lot else? Why would they know anything about CF? Sure they'll not be logging in to your server. That's for you to do. As for DNS, if you have your own server, why not host your own DNS. That's what I do.
