I found it in another section under the configuration manager

SQL Server 2005 Network Configuration, and under that 'Protocols for SQLExpress' and under the TCP/IP settings, then I doubled clicked on it (TCP/IP) and then  the tab IP Addresses and the last one was on the list IP ALL which had a different IP address from all the others, so I tried this and it worked..
