Go for it - I think it's temporary, I heard something about a pricing  
problem during the pre-merger "black box" period and Adobe are aware  
of it.

No.  When you buy licenses the end user name has to be specified, so  
Mr Reseller can't buy ten copies to distribute among multiple clients.

Indeed - but some people like having the CD for asset management,  
spare beer coasters or other reasons.

I wouldn't turn this into a conspiracy theory - there is some sort of  
problem with the online store but I know it's being worked on.

Apparently MVLP customers got emails about TLP. The solutions/hosting/ 
training partner program is not really the vehicle for licensing  
related info to go out through - IMHO that should come through  
distributors to resellers.

Nick Hodge is the channel manager at Adobe Australia, have you been  
talking to him?  We're getting pretty good support ourselves, like  
any licensing program resellers need to do their homework but overall  
it's a better system than the old MVLP.
